Solo Exhibition "This, and the Other"
2015.2.13 - 3.1
ART FRONT GALLERY

In 2015, she held a joint solo exhibition with Tomomi Nishizawa, "This, and the Other" at Art Front Gallery. She presented paintings depicting landscapes from a virtual space constructed on a computer, and simultaneously recreated house-shaped objects appearing within that space in a real-world installation.
Including relief-like paintings reminiscent of windows and works using brick as a support, the composition, which integrates painting, sculpture, and materials, gently connects the landscape within the image with the exhibition space. This presented a spatial experience where virtual and reality intersect, re-examining the relationship between painting and place.
